Launching At Ease massage and energy treatments in 2021 Gemma is the face behind the brand.

' Since a young age I have always wanted to be able to help people in whatever way i could, When at school i wanted to be a teacher but soon grew out of that, that didn't stop me from being a listening ear to people though and offering help wherever i could. 

When i started working i always had jobs that worked for me and my family but found unfulfilling. After my second child i began studying psychology part time and eventually passed and gained my degree, this has lead to a career in health and wellbeing but whilst studying i discovered Reiki. It changed my life!!!!

Not only do i love having Reiki treatments to help de-stress, unclutter my mind and generally relax but i LOVE being able to do this for other people too. 

I also have always had an interest in massage and so decided to take the plunge and do course so i could offer this to people. 

I am always looking at ways to expand my horizons and be able to offer new treatments.
