Reiki is an energy healing treatment, it can be carried out hands on or hands off whatever you prefer. Some of the benefits include stress relief, pain relief, promoting muscle recovery, strengthening the immune system and balancing the whole body.
Crystal healing
Crystal healing consists of laying crystals on the body where needed, everyone is different and will use different crystals. This healing can remove negative energies, balance and align energies, pain reduction, boosts the immune system, can reduce anxiety and depression, enhance energy levels and encourage healthy sleep.
Baby massage classes
5 week course where parents learn how to massage their baby in small easy to manage sections. Gives parents a chance to bond with their baby and socialise with other parents.
