The menopause massage I had with Gemma was lovely and relaxing as well as stimulating for certain part of the body.
My menopause symptoms tend to be a mixture of brain fog and difficulty regulating my mood as well as the aches and pains. As someone in chemical menopause I have found there isn’t a lot of support and whilst it took a little while for the benefits to settle in I can definitely recommend it!
I usually like deep pressure massage and whilst this wasn’t as ‘deep’ it definitely worked on a deeper level - it helped with stomach bloating, calmed my mood and the acupressure magnet helped the intensity of my hot flushes.
Gemma thoroughly explained everything to me including how to utilise pressure points at home when I’m struggling with symptoms and was very attentive throughout.
I would highly recommend this menopause massage to anyone looking to not only lessen the overwhelm of their menopause symptoms but also for some general support too.
